Self-awareness has been found to be an important factor is raising self-esteem, improving communication, relationships, reducing stress, building overall psychological health and functioning. If working in the helping professions it’s even more important so that we bring our own agenda into our work as little as possible.
TA is a wonderful set of models to help us to understand our own process, how we function and to empower us to do things differently. In this workshop I will be facilitating attendees in using TA models to increase their own self awareness and understanding.
* How to use TA models for self understanding.
* How to take care of your own agenda in helping relationships.
* Understanding TA as a tool for personal empowerment.
* Use TA to increase your self awareness.
